We specialize in wood floors, among other things, and are certified and proud members of the National Wood Flooring Association. This engineered wood floor was installed in place of a damaged bamboo floor. The whole process only took 3 days, and we were able to provide the homeowner with a completely new look and feel to their home with this beautiful, distressed wood selection.

This shows the staircase after we installed a new wood floor. Please note the new risers, trim, and boards that match the wood floor perfectly. Special attention was paid around the edges of the stairs, resulting in a noticeably custom look and feel on behalf of our thrilled client.

Classic Restoration & Construction goes the extra mile to preserve materials such as cabinets and floors. To the left is a "fingers" system used to dry the drywall behind cabinets so that the removal of the cabinet is unnecessary. This saves the homeowner frustration and time during the reconstruction process, and saves the insurance company a substantial amount by using new, innovative techniques to dry materials in place before demolition.

Classic Restoration & Construction focuses on saving materials whenever possible. We consistently use wood floor mats to salvage wood floors, as opposed to completely removing them, and thus avoiding a complete replacement of the wood floor. This aids the reconstruction process, and minimizes displacement and discomfort of the homeowner during an already trying time.
